strawberry fields forever!
I like having the record player in our room. Yay Beatles!
In other news, I have a ridiculously large amount of reading/homework considering it is only the first week. And it will only increase from this point forward. However, I am enjoying it and I've split it up between days/hours/etc. so that it's not too bad. Give me a month and I'll probably be going insane, but right now it's all good.
Last night we went to this super cool coffee bar that had live music and most excellent coffee. Je l'aime.
And then we came back, did ridiculous things in the dorm, and played Wheel of Fortune on the Super Nintendo.
This morning Kate and I went to brunch at the Botanical Gardens. We thought it was $20 but really it was $13.95. Yay! And it was um delicious. And gorgeous. And then, on the way back to my room, a random guy from the hall stopped to ask why I was dressed up and tell me that I looked nice. Um, yay. Needless to say, Kate and I looked fabulous, as we always do. When we go out that is. Otherwise...hmmm it gets interesting.
Alex and I went to the Rec Center to get the schedules for yoga classes and they start on Monday. Or on Tuesday, depending on the timing. I forgot . Clearly.
I am kind of tired. mmmmm Diet Coke.
Sarah and I may go to this cool vintage store later today and see if they have anything nifty for our dorm room. Or for us. We shall have to seeeeee.
ok the end.
