"You are home"

Lately I’ve been getting into a lot of new and awesome music. The Dandy Warhols, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Louis XIV, The Velvet Underground, Jefferson Airplane, Almost Famous Soundtrack, etc.
Listening to it makes my soul smile.
Sometimes I really super wish I had been alive during the 1960s. Mainly for the music/social revolution that was taking place at the time.
Almost Famous is a simply amazing movie (duh). Every time I watch it, I get something new out of it. Tonight, it was different than last time. I think I truly understand it now. The way music speaks to you, lives with you. It’s not describable. It’s a feeling. A buzz. I like it.

Lester Bangs: The only true currency in this bankrupt world if what we share with someone else when we're uncool.

How true Lester. How true.
