RANT
So I've been studying for my Western Civ test all day. It's on Wednesday but requires advanced preperation of looking up and writing about the terms and then memorizing them. And now that I am about 75% done with the terms, I have come to the conclusion that she is either going to have to cut stuff off of our test or move the test from this Wednesday to next Monday because I don't see how we are going to cover the Scientific revolution in one day. Which is what is going to happen if everything is left the way it is. Now, call me crazy, but I think this topic is a little too important to only get one day of discussion. It's crazy, I know, but it just might hold true.I exchanged some books at Barnes and Noble and got three new books and it is exciting. I don't know where I'm going to find the time, but I think I can manage it somehow.

I am mad at the Catholic Church. Not the one now. The one in like, the 1500's and such. And I'm mad at the idiot monarchs and what they did to each other and their people. Like Henry VIII. Asshole. Had his wives beheaded for "adultry" (not possible as he also claimed their marriages to him were never legitimate) when in reality it was all because of him (as we all know, the father determines the sex of the child) what a jerk. And Mary, Queen of Scots, was crowned Queen when she when she was 6 months old to avoid political issues (caused once again by HENRY VIII WHAT AN ASS!!) and all the marriages (a.k.a. political alliances) and really pointless wars for land and trade and these people threw away lives like Paris Hilton with her boyfriends or MC Hammer with his money. I mean...these people called the Native Americans barbarians. Europe, probably up until World War I, was absolutely mundane and ridiculous and sooo incredibly backwards and barbaric and it's hard to think of when look at it now. I mean, certain places were exceptions at different times, but overall, the political rulers were probably some of the most irresponsible rulers I have ever seen. I mean, there are those today who would give them a run for their money, considering todays are democratically elected and the other ones were born into it but that is not the point. Those monarchs were idiots when it came to ruling a country. IDIOTS I SAY! OK, enough ranting, back to Western Civ.
